Elizabeth Davison

I am responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction across a wide and diverse range of functions.  Back office areas include, Finance, HR, Health and Safety, Legal and Democratic, Systems, Strategy and Performance and the link with our Xentrall Partners in Stockton.  These teams provide support and assistance across the whole Council and I like to think they are the glue that holds everything together. 

My front facing services include council housing, customer services, homelessness, revenues and benefits and registrars who are passionate about, and do a fantastic job in supporting our residents.

I am also the Council’s Chief Financial Officer of the Council which means I have a statutory duty to ensure the proper administration of the council’s financial affairs.
