Duke street public inquiry
This page relates to the proposed Darlington Borough Council Road Traffic Restrictions (Amendment No.8) Order 2021.
The Order relates to new restrictions proposed for Duke Street and the surrounding area.
In accordance with The Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996, as objections to the making of the Order have been received, this matter is required to go to a public inquiry.
