Council Plan 2020-23

The Council Plan 2020-23 is a document that sets out our priority as a council: Delivering Success for Darlington.

Our vision is: Darlington is a place where people want to live and businesses want to locate, where the economy continues to grow, where people are happy and proud of the borough and where everyone has the opportunity to maximise their potential.

Between 8 January and 7 February 2020, we held a consultation on the draft Council Plan.

Now the consultation period is over, the plan will be reviewed and put forward for approval by councillors in March 2020.

You can read the draft Council Plan here.
