Access within the local authority is restricted to staff in the Parking Processing and Customer Service teams. We may share your information as part of the Government's National Fraud Initiative.
How do you store the information you keep about me?
Information is stored on a secure network server and within a specialised parking processing system. Any paper files are kept within locked secure cabinets inside a building with access controls.
How long do you keep information about me?
Financial records are kept for 3 years. Supporting application documentation is documents 2 years.
This information is destroyed securely when it reaches its retention.
