An extension of the pre-arranged appointment system at the Town Hall customer services centre takes effect on Monday (20th July).

The system is aimed at customers who are unable to complete online forms or over the phone themselves and do not have family or friends that can help them to do so.

There will be limited appointments, and these must be booked through the relevant service.

Please do not visit the Town Hall customer services centre without an appointment as staff will be unable to book you in.

You will be asked various details when the appointment is booked and before you are allowed access to the centre to ensure your safety and that of the staff.

You will be encouraged to wear a face covering.
There will be no inside waiting area so we can restrict the number of people in the centre so please do not arrive early for your appointment. Opening times will be 10am to 3pm.

Customers are asked, where possible, to use online services, email or phone services rather than visiting us, as government guidance remains in place to avoid unnecessary face to face contact.
