The product presents a medium risk of choking as when tested according to the impact test, one out of the two front legs of the turtle broke and fits entirely within the small parts cylinder. The product's flexible plastic bag used for packaging also has an area greater than 100 mm x 100 mm and the bag thickness measured as 0.034 mm which is less than the minimum permissible limit of 0.038 mm, posing a potential suffocation hazard to young children. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.Regulations 2011.
