Risk description
The product presents a serious risk of choking as when tested according to the impact test, one of the buttons attached to the shirt broke, and detached at a force of 46 N, less than the specified minimum of 90 N. The buttons fit entirely within the small parts cylinder, posing a choking hazard to young children. The product's flexible plastic bag used for packaging also has an area greater than 100 mm x 100 mm and the bag thickness measured as 0.023 mm which is less than the minimum permissible limit of 0.038 mm, posing a potential asphyxiation hazard to young children. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
