Risk description
The product presents a serious risk of injuries as it fails to comply with 5.2.3.2 of the standard in that when the height of the enclosure was measured it was found to be 1.53 m ± 0.005 m, which is less than the specified minimum of 1.8 m for 'large' trampolines. The trampoline therefore poses a potential fall hazard, presenting a riskof injuries tothe users. Inadequate instructions were also provided that did not contain safety information and details to ensure the correct and safe use of the product. The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011
