Only lanyards manufactured and delivered since 1 January 1 2021 and bearing serial numbers between 21A0000000 000 and 21I 9999999 999 are affected

Product description
The recall is for affected lanyards with eashook carabiners and anti-twist system. The serial number can be located on a white tag in the grey zipper pouch attached to the lanyard

Risk description
Affected products have a malfunction whereby the carabiner's gate stays open and no longer closes automatically. Using a carabiner with the gate open does not ensure the user's safety in the event of a recall. The product does not meet the requirements of the Personal Protective Equipment (Enforcement) Regulations 2018
