A multicoloured drum shaped rattle toy designed for young children
Hazard
The product presents a high risk of asphyxiation as the flexible plastic bag used for packaging has an area greater than 100 mm x 100 mm and the bag thickness measured as 0.032 ± 0.002 mm is less than the minimum required 0.038 mm. Some of the required documentation and marking were also not present.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected and destroyed at the border.
The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon).
