Blue inflatable life jacket with blue outer shell fabric, three adjustable waist belts with plastic buckle closures and twin crotch straps
Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of drowning as the buoyancy of the aid was less than that described on the product itself. The absence of stated buoyancy for such a product may increase the risk to the consumer if they are reliant upon it to protect them from harm when in the water.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/425 on personal protective equipment.
Corrective action
The product has been destroyed at the border.
