Product description
Clear plastic egg shaped containers containing multicoloured shimmer slime.
Hazard
The product presents a serious chemical risk as it was found to contain excessively high levels of boron. Two samples of the product were tested and found to have boron levels of 846.61 mg/kg and 697.42 mg/kg, exceeding the limit of 300 mg/kg. boron toxicity can result in headaches, hypothermia, restlessness, weariness, dermatitis, and indigestion. Small amounts of chromium were also detected, which is prohibited.
The product does not comply with the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
Recall of the product from end users.
