Product description
Soft filled knitted kittens. Yellow kitten is 55 mm in length, 35 mm high, with brown cord tied around the neck.
Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of asphyxiation. Items are small enough to fit into a small parts cylinder. A young child could access the small part and place the part in their mouths if unsupervised. The fibrous stuffing of the toy was accessible as received, presenting a potential asphyxiation risk. The cord around the item's neck is also loose and excessively long, presenting a risk of strangulation to young children. The product was also missing required labelling and markings.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product has been withdrawn from the market. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Etsy).
