The product presents a risk of injuries as it is supplied with a metal circular saw blade, which is prohibited to be used with this type of product. The lawn mower also does not have a guard, so if a fault were to occur, the blade could cause injuries to the user.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users by Super Smart Services.
The product has been destroyed at the border.
