The product presents a high risk of electric shock as the internal build quality is insufficient, with limited insulation. If the insulation were to wear down over time, the metal parts of the lamp could become live and give the user an electric shock. The product also requires improvement to marking, labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
