The product presents a high risk of choking as the battery compartment on the toy is not secured by a screw. If a child were to play with the toy the batteries may fall out and the child may place them in their mouth and choke.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (eBay).
