Hazard
The product poses a risk of electric shock as there is inadequate creepage and clearance. The transformer was of a poor build and did not meet electrical strength requirements. Under fault conditions, accessible metal parts of the product may become live, which can give the user an electric shock if touched.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
