Hazard
The product presents a high risk of injuries as it is not fitted with a sufficient guard. It is possible for the user to access moving parts as a result and receive cuts to their fingers or hands.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.

The product was also fitted with an unapproved counterfeit fuse presenting the hazards of fire/explosion, and therefore does not meet the requirements of the Plugs and Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
