Silver Automatic Label Tags Rewinding Rewinder Machine with black cable.
Hazard
The product was supplied with a 'clover'-type 3 pin plug power cord. The plug does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363?1:2016+A1:2018, which means that contact with the live pin is possible when the plug is inserted or removed from a socket. This presents a serious risk of electric shock. The plug is also unfused, which gives rise to the risk of fire when the product is connected to power.
The product does not therefore meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
Corrective action
We strongly recommend that owners stop using this product immediately. Contact the distributor you purchased from to request redress.
