Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as accessible metal parts can become live. If a user touches the live part, they will receive an electric shock.
The product also requires improvement to marking, labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
The authority is requiring the recall of the product from end users.
