Product description
A 20-pack of white KN95 face masks
Hazard
The face masks may not perform to FFP2 level as specified on the label hence the products may not conform to the essential health and safety requirements as per PPE Regulation 2016/425.
The masks may not offer adequate protection against substances hazardous to health as claimed by the product.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Personal Protective Equipment (Enforcement) Regulations 2018.
Corrective action
The masks have been withdrawn from the market by the importer.
A notification was issued to suppliers / distributors that covered the related batches of Govek KN95 product supplied.
