Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of asphyxiation as the removable plastic rings on the arch fit through a small parts cylinder. A young infant playing with the rings may place them in their mouth and it may obstruct their airways, especially if they cannot sit up by themselves.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected and destroyed at the border.
The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon).
