Product description
Two designs of Christmas-themed pacifier clip and teether
Hazard
The teethers are missing ventilation holes, presenting a suffocation hazard. The cord lengths of the beaded decoration exceed the maximum permissible length, presenting a choking and strangulation hazard.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
