Black combination heat press machine supplied in cardboard packaging
Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as it is not earthed. There is also possible access to live parts in the heating accessory outlet socket and in the non-compliant C13 appliance coupler, presenting a further electric shock hazard to users. Some of the required documentation and markings were not present.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
Recall of the product from end users.
