Product description
Beige and pink toy slide for young children with a basketball hoop attached on the side
Hazard
The product presents a high risk of suffocation as the plastic bag packaging supplied has a thickness less than the minimum requirement. If the child were to place the bag over their heads without adult supervision, the child may get stuck in the bag and suffocate.
The product also presents a risk of choking as small parts were produced during the abuse test from the stickers, which presents a choking hazard to young infants.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected and destroyed at the border.
The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon).
