The product presents a serious risk of choking as the pens have easily removable caps which do not have any vent holes and that fit wholly into a small parts cylinder. A young child who may be playing unsupervised may place the caps in their mouths and may choke.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
