Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of choking as the two plastic toggles detached at forces less than the specified minimum. The detached components fitted wholly inside a small parts cylinder, therefore posing a choking hazard to young children.
Additionally, the flexible plastic bag used for packaging has an area greater than 100 mm x 100 mm and the bag thickness measured less than the minimum 0.038 mm specified, which poses an asphyxiation hazard.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulation 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon).
