Hazard
The product presents a high risk of electric shock as it is insufficiently earthed. Over time, the insulation and earthing protection could break down and cause the product to become live. If the user were to touch accessible metal parts, they would receive an electric shock.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
