Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of injuries as the baby can move freely in the walker at all times. There are no protections provided to prevent the baby walker from tipping and falling down the stairs. If a baby were using the walker unattended, they could fall down the stairs and receive serious injuries. The product also required improvements to marking and labelling.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
