Product description
A cot mobile with stars surrounding a central black box with golden moon and stars.
Hazard
The toy presents a serious risk of entanglement as it is missing key labelling stating that the mobile must be placed out of the reach of young children when they start to get on their hands and knees in a crawling position. If a young child is left within reach of the mobile, they may become entangled and asphyxiate.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
