Who do you keep information about?

We keep information about residents of the Borough who require a permit to access the HWRC

Why do you keep information about me?

We keep information about you to enable you to access the HWRC in a commercial vehicle. The Council has a legal obligation to provide facilities for disposal of household waste, this includes the HWRC.

Who can see my information?

Access is restricted to Customer Services staff.

How do you store the information you keep about me?

The information is stored securely within a database called Lagan.

How long do you keep information about me?

We keep your information for as long as we continue to have communication with you.

How did the Council get my personal data?

The information we have is information with has been provided by you or your representative.

What sort of information do you keep?

We may use the following information about you to make sure that we provide you with the right service, advice or support. We will only use the minimum amount of information necessary to do so and will take every reasonable step to ensure the information is accurate.
