Who do you keep information about?
We keep information about individuals who apply for a grant from the Stockton and Darlington Railway National Lottery Fund.
Why do you keep information about me?
We keep information so that we can assess applications for funding from the scheme, we do this with your consent. We also process details of those applicants who are successful in their application for funding, because it is necessary for the performance of a contract with the individual.
Who can see my information?
Information about applicants can only be seen by the staff members involved in processing applications.
How do you store the information you keep about me?
Information is stored on the Council’s secure network.
How long do you keep information about me?
Information will be kept until December 2027 and will be destroyed securely after this time.
What sort of information do you keep?
We may use the following information to process applications. We will only use the minimum amount of information necessary to do so and will take every reasonable step to ensure the information is accurate.

- Address and/email address
- Contact telephone number
- Financial information
