Do Your Bit

We are asking customers to:

  • Wash your hands regularly
  • Use the sanitiser provided
  • If using equipment please clean before and after use
  • We recommend customers wear face masks when moving around the building
  • We regularly clean and sanitise our facilities throughout the day and end each day with a deep clean.
  • There will be cleaning stations available for customers to use in each business area.
  • NHS track and trace posters available around the building for you to check in should you wish.

KEY INFORMATION for Monday 19th July

  1. We are encouraging customers to book and pay online to guarantee a place and to arrive class ready.
  2. Customers using sports hall and balcony will enter and exit via the main doors.
  3. Customers using the central hall will enter via the main doors and exit the building via Bull Wynd.

  • 19:30-20:30 - Pilates (central hall) - please bring your own mat

Tuesday

  • 10:00-11:00 - Pilates (central hall)- please bring your own mat
  • 12:00-12:45 - Aqua Aerobics
  • 18:00-19:00 - Circuits (sports hall)
  • 18:30-19:30 - Aqua Aerobics
  • 18:30-19:30 - Spinning (balcony)

Wednesday

  • 07:30-08:30 - GP Swimfit
  • 10:00-11:00 - Pilates (central hall)- please bring your own mat - last session 21st July until September 
  • 12:15-13:15 - Keep Fit (central hall)
  • 18:00-19:00 - Spinning (balcony)

Thursday

  • 10:00-11:00 - Pilates (central hall) - please bring your own mat
  • 12:00-12:45 - Aqua Circuits
  • 18:00-19:00 - Pilates (central hall) - please bring your own mat

Friday

  • 10:00-11:00 - Pilates (central hall) - please bring your own mat
  • 12:00-12:45 - Aqua Aerobics

Saturday 

  • 10:00-11:00 - Box 'n' Circuits (balcony)

Bookings can be made from 9am, 9 days in advance of activity.

Fit-Lab

Les Mills Classes at The Dolphin Centre are delivered by trained instructors from local company Fit-Lab [external Link] and include: BodyAttack, BodyBalance, BodyPump, Step, and Zumba.

Customer Information

  • The timetable is subject to change.
  • We recommend customers book to guarantee their place in classes.
  • Please make your instructor aware of any medical problems.
  • Comfortable and cool clothing is recommended and drink plenty of water to keep hydrated during exercise.
