Low impact group activities to get everyone moving.
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 10am - 12noon.
Different activities available at each session from Gym, Bowling, Badminton, Table Tennis, Health Walks and Group exercises with Bev plus many more.
Access to any of the activities for only £3.50 for 2 hours. Session is also included in Full Membership (£24.95 a month)
