Outcomes

In delivering the Digital Strategy, a number of outcomes will be achieved for both our staff and people.

These include, but are not limited to:

Increased independence for people with
- easier access to services
- new technologies to support independent living
Increased support from family and friends who can access services online, as well as an enhanced signposting service
Introducing new technologies into people’s homes. This can reduce loneliness with virtual calls and contacts with friends and relatives
Increased efficiency for staff using the new technologies as part of their service improvement
Through new ways of working such as flexible, agile and mobile working, staff wellbeing will be improved
