Landlord portal

The council's Landlord Portal is available for landlords who have tenants with an active Housing Benefit claim paid directly to the landlord.

Please note: Since the move to Universal Credit, most working-age tenants who move into a property and require help with their rent will now need to apply for Universal Credit instead of Housing Benefit.

Access the Landlord Portal by clicking the button and following the instructions to sign in.

If you don’t have a Landlord Portal account please email [email protected] with the following information asking to be set up.

• Name
• Address
• Company Name (if you have one)
• Landlord Number

We will then email you some registration details following a security check.
