Local Area SEND Strategy 2025-2029
This consultation is for a new Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) Strategies for Darlington as a local area.
The strategy has been created in full co-production with Children and Young People, including those with additional needs, and their Parents and Carers. It has taken a great deal of time to create a strategy that is not just a council document but is the reflection of extensive work across a broad partnership in Education, Health and Care.
This final consultation is a formal public consultation following presentation and agreement from DBC Cabinet and Senior Management in the North East and North Cumbria ICB (Tees Valley).
