50+ housing usually consists of 1 or 2 bedroom flats, but there are also some bungalows available. Living in this type of accommodation can have huge benefits to your well being.

Our schemes have a keen focus on community living with a warm and welcoming feel. The varied activities can help you maintain a healthy and independent life. All 50+ housing also comes with the Lifeline service giving you extra peace of mind.

Extra care housing is for people who have care needs but is not a care home. This type of housing offers the same support and facilities as sheltered housing. There is also a delicious lunchtime meal served daily and an onsite care team to meet any care needs.

Good neighbour housing focuses on a person's independence. You will have the freedom to carry out your daily life as you please. You have your own front door and a local community centre where you can meet with your Scheme Manager. There are also activities you can join.
