Darlington Hippodrome are seeking to recruit an Apprentice Customer Service Assistant on a Fixed Term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable customer service experience whilst working in a beautiful Edwardian theatre and become an integral part of the Box Office team.

We are looking for an indiviual who has a positive outlook, willing to learn new skills and who can offer excellent customer service. As often the first point of contact in a customer's journey we want you to help create a joyful and memorable experience for our customers.

As no two days are the same, you need to be able to communicate well, have a proactive approach and remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate needs to have a flexible approach to working as the venue can be open seven days a week. The rota is on a three week shift pattern and you will always have sufficient notice of your shifts.
