Making Sense Together event
06 August 2024

Join us in the market square to support people with neurodiversity, promoting inclusivity for all, and join in some specially programmed activities!

Our Making Sense Together event is an accessible, safe, welcoming space for families. Our events team has organised a selection of sensory learning, and, engaging activities and quiet spaces for children and young people to join in, or watch. Specialist organisations will also be at the event offering support and advice.

Councillor Nick Wallis, the council’s cabinet member for children and young people said: “We are really looking forward to our Making Sense Event, which has been planned and programmed to ensure families have a suitable, safe and enjoyable experience.
