“There’s lots that’s fabulous in our town centre including a wide range of independent shops and restaurants, the market and national retailers.

“Our town centre partnership and events team is working hard with local retailers to make sure that there is an exciting line up of events for the whole year to encourage people to visit and shop in the centre.”

Working with local retailers, the team has put together a full programme of half term events and the first ever restaurant week set to take place at the end of the month. For more details, visit LoveDarlo’s Facebook page or darlington.gov.uk/events.
