We’re looking to recruit a proactive, enthusiastic and skilled Tenant liaison Officer (3 Year FTC - we are open to internal applicants to be considered on a secondment basis).

The role of the Tenant liaison Officer is to support the Building Surveying team with all matters relating to communication activities delivering our capital programmes of work to improve the energy efficiency meet decent homes standard of our customers homes, ensuring individual customer needs are identified and a bespoke service is offered to those requiring it.  

You will be a self-motivated, organised and able to work on your own and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines, handling multiple projects simultaneously. You will have experience of promoting and covering events to promote planned programs. 
 
You must be confident to work independently although support from the broader team is always available. We require dynamic, innovative and forward-thinking people to join our team. 

It is preferable that you have some experience of working in a person-centred environment including working with vulnerable client groups although full induction and ongoing training is provided. 

A full, clean driving licence and access to own vehicle for business use will be requiredfor this role
