This is an exciting opportunity to join the Housing Services team. We have recently had two key strategies approved, namely Housing Climate Change Strategy and the Housing Asset Management Strategy and the Housing Asset Projects Officer is critical to the success of their delivery.
You will be responsible for development and implementation of the actions set out in the Housing Climate Change and Housing Asset Management Strategies to meet government targets. Along with seeking and bidding for funding, supporting the development of our stock data and contributing to our investment plans to ensure we meet our outcomes and targets.
You must be confident with the use of IT and capable of navigating through MS Office, including Word and Excel and have knowledge and skills in the use of databases.
You must be an analytical thinker that is able to work under pressure often to tight and conflicting deadlines.
You will have management responsibility for an Apprentice.
