You will support the Head of Housing and the Income Management team in delivering effective income management services to tenants, leaseholders and former tenants. You will be expected to provide outstanding service that demonstrates corporate values and makes a difference to residents' lives, ensuring that they can pay their rent and sustain their tenancies.
