Mowden Ward and Red Hall and Lingfield Ward By-Elections

Hummersknott Ward By-Election - Thursday 6 May 2021

Following the resignation of Councillor Paul Howell and publication of a Notice of Vacancy in the Office of Councillor for the Hummersknott Ward, a request to hold a by-election to fill the vacancy was received by the Returning Officer, from two local government electors within the local authority area.  The Election took by on Thursday 6 May 2021 and Councillor Jack Sowerby was duly elected.

Red Hall and Lingfield Ward By-Election - Thursday 6 May 2021

Following the resignation of Councillor Sam Howarth and publication of a Notice of Vacancy in the Office of Councillor for the Red Hall and Lingfield Ward, a request to hold a by-election to fill the vacancy was received by the Returning Officer, from two local government electors within the local authority area.  The Election took by on Thursday 6 May 2021 and Councillor David Willis was duly elected.
