What could my new home be like?
Roxby Court is one of our smaller sheltered housing schemes. This scheme has recently had a major refurbishment with new communal areas added and apartments updated.
There are large communal areas for everyone to enjoy. These include a lounge, coffee bar and games area. There are one and two bed roomed unfurnished, self-contained apartments available for rent. There is also open garden spaces and seating for everyone to enjoy.

Roxby Court is supported by one of our skilled Scheme Managers and their role is to offer support should you need it. There is always something new for you to get involved with and everyone is welcome.
