What could my new home be like?

Ted Fletcher Court is a well presented sheltered housing scheme. There are large communal areas for everyone to enjoy. These include a lounge, conservatory, kitchen and coffee bar.

There are one and two bedroom unfurnished, self-contained apartments available for rent. There is also open garden spaces and seating for everyone to enjoy.

Ted Fletcher Court is supported by one of our skilled Scheme Managers and their role is to offer support should you need it. The chickens are part of the Henpower project and the tenants and scheme manager help to care for them.
