We are looking to appoint someone who is enthusiastic, highly organised, and customer-focused with a positive attitude who can deal confidently with people and partners. You will be expected to deal with individuals with complex needs and vulnerabilities who will require intensive support, working alongside a wide range of statutory, voluntary and community groups.
You will provide effective support in accordance with Home Office requirements. You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a housing/social care or related environment together with experience of dealing with vulnerable people.
