St Cuthberts Bell Ringers

There is an active band of bell ringers at St Cuthbert's consisting of around a dozen ringers of mixed age and experience. The bell ringers are part of the Southern District of the Durham and Northumbria Society of Change Ringers, meaning they have support and access to learning new approaches and methods in order to develop their skills. As a bell ringer you can expect to be part of a very sociable team, who enjoy keeping in touch through newsletters, quizzes and social gatherings. The bell ringers enjoy ringing on Sunday mornings before the morning service and before Evensong when possible. Practices are held on Monday evenings from 7:30pm until 9:00pm. New learners are always welcome. For further information, or to get involved, please contact us.

Day they meet: Every Monday (practice) and Sunday morning service.

Time they meet: 7.30-9pm.
