More about Hargreave Terrace
Hargreave Terrace is in the centre of the town, it has excellent links to all the local facilities. All apartments have fitted kitchens, and include parking. The ground floor flats benefit from wet rooms, and our upstairs flats benefit from baths with an overhead shower. All access to the apartments is secured by a fobbed door entry system.
There is a large communal area, which is used for daily activities and events. We encourage tenants to join in the different activities if they would like to.
Our schemes are attractive and welcoming. They are also great value due to our reasonable rent and reduced heating costs.

Lifeline
We offer the Lifeline service. This provides you with 24 hour support in the absence of your scheme manager.
If you need help you can alert the scheme manager using a pull cord.
If your scheme manager is not in the building Darlington CCTV will receive the alert. They will make sure you receive the support you need.

The town centre is a short walk from Hargreave Terrace. There is also a bus route that will take you to several areas of the town. The theatre is situated on the nearby Yarm Road.
